We accept returns for items up to one week after the product is received in the mail.

Any lost package or damaged items must be reported within 90 days of package being mailed for us to claim insurance (for non media mail orders). Please reach out any time after 30 days once the package was actually mailed if the package has not arrived for us to check into it 

Due to various organized flipper groups. If you ask to cancel your first order before it ships then we reserve the right to cancel all further orders at our discretion. 

Due to this, any pre-order cancellation request is subject to a 10% pre-order cancellation fee 

In addition, if you want to return your first order as soon as it arrives for something that sold out right away , likely due to being targeted in a flipper group then we can charge a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund at our discretion , so please don't be that person. We can't simply restock one copy as it creates a frenzy for anyone who signed up to be notified when restocked for only one person to get it & in turn creates many disappointed customers.
