For the first time, the complete musical experience is available on vinyl and cassette—combining the full scores of Nathan Barr and Angelo Badalamenti, along with the film’s unforgettable soundtrack selections. 

Featuring the atmospheric and unsettling original score by Nathan Barr (Hostel), whose work perfectly balances beauty and dread, this release plunges listeners back into every moment of tension, terror, and dark humor that made Cabin Fever a modern horror landmark. Adding to the eerie allure is the legendary Angelo Badalamenti (Blue Velvet, Twin Peaks), whose signature dreamlike textures bring an otherworldly edge to the infection—including full cues never before released from Eli Roth’s archive.
